It seemed that our neighborhood did not need sleep, and they love to gather lots of top-window cars nearby or just stayed up to make noises all night(Chen's house is their "meeting, data-gathering temple"). What would you do? I found out there are some cell-phone-addicted neighbors lived near here and they are "Chen". Their truly job are that observe and monitor us for 24 hours, and they take turns. There is impossible no one at Chen's house; it never happened for 5 years, actually.
